Asset Integrity

Knergy  is experienced in ensuring Asset Integrity (AsI)  of both mining and oil and gas industries.  Asset Integrity is to ensure that a specific asset  performed for the duration of their design life without stoppage or interruption while simultaneously maintain the health of personnel and environment in the vicinity.  In order to create a system to monitor the Asset Health , a Risk Based  methodology    (similar to API 580) is used to track the most critical asset for scheduled inspection and identify upgrade of the respective critical assets. Knergy's expertise are in:

• developing AsI plans with target deliverable and KPI in accordance to client's parameters.

• execute inspection to assess the elemental risk for each asset and create a database by which the risk are made apparent.

• assist in ensuring the AsI plans are communicated to all relevant stake holders in the organization.
